What to bring
Your referral or care plan and your Medicare card. For session cost please refer to your initial email.
When you arrive
My front glass door is generally locked until a couple of minutes before your appointment time. You are welcome to wait outside on the stairs until your appointment. If the door is unlocked please come in and take a seat until I come into the reception area to get you.
