Yesterday I had a person contact me thanking me for the BPD article I recently wrote. She commented on how she found the article so helpful and that she could really relate to the article. She also shared a powerful spiel on her journey with BPD, from diagnosis to therapy.
It was so lovely to get this feedback. Simply because it helped someone. I know an article has had the best impact possible when a person contacts me saying it helped them.
